1. CLIPick-GUI (source)

CLIPick program with graphical user interface.
To run this program,you need Python 3.6 with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, PyQt5 (and optionally Cython).
BedTools should be installed seperately.

2. CLIPick-package (source)

Python script package to run CLIPick using command line.
To run this program,you need Python 2.7 with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib (and optionally Cython).
BedTools should be installed seperately.

3. CLIPick-python-wheels (precompiled)

Compiled CLIPick-GUI for macOS (OS X) with Python 3.6.x
Compiled CLIPick-GUI for Ubuntu with Python 3.6.x

Compiled CLIPick-pacakge for Ubuntu with Python 2.7.x
The latest version of pip is required (>10.0.0)
